I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

1.  I have read the return & shipping policy page.
2.  I understand that it will take 7-10 business days to receive my order.
3. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
4.  I understand that SGDH is not responsible for any missed hair appointments.
5.  I confirm that I have ordered the correct length, texture and origin. 
6.  I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping/receiving.
7.  I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
8.  I understand that I must sign for my package in order for it to be delivered.
9.  I understand that SGDH is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS. 
10.  I understand that SGDH is not responsible for anything that happens to the hair once it has been chemically treated.
11.  I have read and I understand the details on the FAQ page.
12.  I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website.
